February can be a month where it’s hard to feel like you’re enough. Valentine’s Day can be wrought with anguish whether you’re single, shacked up, or anywhere in between. Or if you’ve fallen off the wagon when it comes to your New Years Resolutions, you might be feeling pretty rubbish too.
So this month, I want to shift your focus.
I’m dedicating this month to self-love.
